WE EMPOWER DIVERSE VOICES

The Project champions and mentors future leaders to fine-tune their political philosophy, public policy insights and communication skills while advancing a platform of limited government, individual liberty and opportunity for all.

“To bring back our optimism and our hope, to rebuild our trust in each other, [we need] a robust discussion about the pain, frustration, disappointment and hopelessness people all across the country are feeling. I have faith in the strength of reconciliation and the power of forgiveness. At the end of the day, we are still the American family and way more unites us than divides us.”

- Senator Tim Scott

Leaders are identified. At the Leaders Conference, the Project’s goal is to help leaders find their own voices and speak from the heart by learning how to communicate their views clearly and effectively.

Leaders are trained. The Project’s individualized program is an opportunity for the most promising prospective leaders to build on their unique experience and background and to meet their personal interests and needs. This tailored training focuses on the specific needs of each leader.

Project fund

We invest in our leaders. When giving to the Project Fund, new leaders, as well as experienced public servants who can counter the misperception that conservatives are out of touch, receive the support they need to advance opportunity for all.
